Description
Designers/Drafters work with design engineers to translate concepts into fully documented designs. Responsibilities include development and maintenance of 3D models and detailed drawings. Applications include cockpits and instruments for flight simulators.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years experience developing 3D models and detailed drawings
Minimum of 2 years recent experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Ability to work in a collaborative environment to develop innovative solutions
Working knowledge of ASME drafting standards including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Must be US citizen with the ability to obtain security clearance
Desired Qualifications
Associates Degree in Engineering or equivalent training
Advanced SolidWorks training
Experience using SolidWorks Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM)
Design/drawing checking experience
Familiarity with aircraft cockpit systems

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
