Responsibilities:
Is responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of childrenObserve all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Broken Arrow and the local, state, or national regulatory agencies about children's health, safety, and careAssesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basisImplements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and programmingPlans with a member of the Leadership Team the parent-teacher conferences and student evaluationsMaintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions confidentlyProvides verbal recognition and acceptance to children while providing clear and consistent expectations for the children's behaviorAccepts responsibility for maintenance and necessary housekeeping duties of the classroom, common-use areas, and playgroundsAttends all required staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functionsMaintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Primrose School of Broken Arrow Employee Handbook Assists in other capacities that the Director, or designee, determines are necessaryDesired skills and
Experience:
Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency Teacher Required or can be completed on the jobApproved Entry-Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website prior to or within 90 days of employmentCPR, First Aid, and Safe Sleep in the infant room are required or obtained during employmentMaster teacher level 3 ((Oklahoma Competency Certificate) or above preferred Infant - Preschool Teachers:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
