Accounting Clerk
Broken Arrow, OK Broken Arrow, OK Full-time Full-time $17 - $20 an hour $17 - $20 an hour Comgraphx is looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team.
This is a full time and in-office position, Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for maintaining the billing and collections process, ensuring accurate invoicing, and keeping up-to-date records of all payments and collections.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, have strong analytical and communication skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a group.
Must be proficient in MS Excel and have a commitment to meeting required deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Generate and revise invoices and account statements Process incoming payments and maintain accounts receivable aging report Communicate aging accounts status and any invoicing issues for timely resolution Create and modify reports for cash receipts Complete entries for cash and other general ledger accounts Problem-solving for both customers and internal operations and coordinate with multiple departments to achieve effective outcomes Back up AP, billing, and other general department tasks as needed to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in general accounting, accounts receivable, or similar Customer service experience (business-to-business experience is a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize work Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Proficient with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Word and Excel Strong problem-solving and analytical skills We Offer:
